Experienced Service Advisor

We want to recruit an Experienced Service Advisor to complement our existing team and further strengthen our commitment to delivering first class service to our customers.

You will be expected to:

  • Take customer enquiries by telephone or in person and successfully convert these into bookings
  • Maximise service sales profitability by selling our products and services
  • Accurately record vehicle information and follow-up and prospect customer to secure repeat business
  • Use our Dealer Management System and other franchise systems
  • Carry out general administration duties
  • Be computer literate and be able to use word, excel and outlook.

Internet Vehicle Sales Specialist - it’s more than a Sales Position!

There is a lot more to this job than selling vehicles.  You will need the ability to structure a deal and put together winning sales packages which meet our customers’ needs.  You will need a great phone voice, great email writing skills and plenty of self-motivation.  Can you value a trade-in over the phone and do you have the winning words to close sales?   And please only apply if you have fantastic administration and organisation skills!

Job duties include:

  • Managing internet sales leads and responding to enquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance.
  • Selling a minimum number of vehicles and bringing in a minimum of customers from the internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
  • Scheduling appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles.
  • Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management.
  • Preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival, ensuring that customers understand their vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork.
